Band-Led Worship Service Update

Rev. William C. Bills
September 12, 2018

The band-led worship service team is currently up to 23 members. The magic number for launching the service is 40. We need commitments from 17 more people before we can set a launch date. Joining the team means committing to the service for 6 to 12 months. If progressive Christian worship isn’t really your thing, you don’t have to do it forever to help us. You have to be able to work in one of the following areas: Worship Planning, Sermon Planning, Children and Youth, Small Groups, Hospitality, Technology and Set Up-Take Down. You also have to be able to invite friends, relatives, acquaintances and neighbors to worship with us. And if that isn’t good enough, if you think you would miss attending the current worship service, you can go to church twice on Sunday for 6-12 months! You don’t have to go to every meeting, either. You just have to commit to being part of a small group team of 8 to work in one of the above mentioned areas and attend church on Sunday. You’ve already got half of that down!
