Employment Opportunity – Financial Administrator

UUMC is seeking an individual to fulfill the position of Financial Administrator. The position requires 25-30 hours per week and pays $18 – $20 per hour, depending on experience. The Financial Administrator is responsible for the recording and disbursement of all accounts payable and receivable funds of UUMC. The Financial Administrator prepares financial reports for the finance committee. The Financial Administrator is supervised by the pastoral staff. This person will attend Finance Committee meetings, assist with the annual finance campaign, maintain and provide financial reports, complete annual reports, prepare and track the annual budget, etc. Responsibilities also include receiving fees and deposits from tenants, maintaining leases, tracking investment income, electronic giving, and dealing with vendors.
