United Women in Faith (Formerly United Methodist Women) are happy to be hosting our UUMC Women’s Retreat again after taking a two-year hiatus due to Covid. It is scheduled for April 22, 2023, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at St. Francis Retreat Center in DeWitt (703 E Main St., Dewitt). Check in will begin at 8:30 am with the program to begin at 9:00 am. Our day will focus on “Building Community Post Pandemic” in our personal and ecumenical world, led by Rev. Melanie Carey, pastor of University UMC. We look forward to this opportunity to get to know those we have not met and those we are about to meet, as well as rebuilding our community at University UMC now that we are back together in common spaces.
