UUMC is grateful to be able to offer Grief Share, a weekly grief support group, to members of the congregation and the community who have lost a friend or family member. While everyone experiences the loss of a loved one, grief itself can be isolating. We hope to create a caring environment that supports you wherever you are in your grief journey.

The group will begin meeting on Wednesday, March 1 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the Bethune Room, providing a video seminar, small group discussion, and personal reflection focusing on issues common to those experiencing grief. Congregants Kathryn Kilpatrick and Ann McCulloch will serve as your Grief Share leaders. The group will meet for approximately 12 weeks, ending in late May. You can join for one session, a few, or the whole course. Registration is requested as space is limited. Participants expecting to attend all sessions will receive a personal reflection workbook. Drop-in attendance is welcome with 24-hour notice to the team leaders. We will share topics in advance through Tower Alert.

**We will be holding an information session on Sunday, February 12. Drop by the conference room between worship services on February 12 (10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.) to meet our GriefShare leaders, Kathryn Kilpatrick and Ann McCulloch. They will have sample videos and materials available and be available for questions. Our group will begin on March 1.**
