MONDAY – FRIDAY, DAY TIME
If East Lansing Public Schools or (during school vacations) the City of East Lansing is closed, all activities at the church will be cancelled. The pastor(s) will decide per incident if church staff should report to work and when.

ALL OTHER TIMES
Decisions about Saturday and evening activities, including youth group gatherings, choir rehearsals, and TGIT worship, will be made by the pastor(s) no later than 3:00 PM on the day of the activity.

COMMUNICATION
In the event of cancellations, the Church answering machine message will be changed by the Administrative Assistant or an appointed staff member. An announcement will also be placed on the website by the website manager or webmaster.
